At Geico Services, we strive to provide the highest quality online training in design and animation. We understand that sometimes plans change or our Trainings might not meet your expectations. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Request within Refund Period: You must request a refund within 30 days of your initial Training purchase.
  • Training Access: You must not have accessed more than 20% of the Training content. Our system tracks your progress, and accessing beyond this limit will make you ineligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at customersupport@geicoservices.online with your purchase details, including the course name, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and verify your eligibility for a refund based on our policy criteria.
  3. Approval: If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloaded Materials: If you have downloaded any materials or resources from the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Special Discounts: Courses purchased at a discounted rate during special promotions or sales are non-refundable.
  • Completed Courses: Once you have completed the course or received a certificate of completion, no refund will be issued

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
